It is an honor to be chosen for the Presidential Award. This whole experience has been very humbling and has given me time for a lot of self-reflection. I realize how passionate I am about students receiving quality math instruction. This award reflects the dedication and commitment I have to helping students become better mathematicians. I am thankful for those who have been with me on this incredible journey. I would not be the mathematics instructor I am today without them.
