Being recognized as a science teacher with the Presidential Award is an immense honor. I am thankful for the opportunity to have had great teachers in my past that allowed me to pass on their information to my students. Inspiring students to become scientists is a great passion for me and I enjoy directing the students to become "problem solvers."
