I see the rewards of working with my students daily, but the Presidential Award is acknowledgment of my efforts from beyond the walls of my classroom. This award helps shine a light on the amazing activities that happen in science and mathematics classrooms across the nation every day. I am honored to be recognized as one of the many teachers making an impact on students’ lives and learning.
