The Presidential Award validates the hard work and energy I put into each one of my math lessons. I am honored to be chosen as a recipient for this prestigious award. I am thrilled to share this accomplishment with family, friends, and colleagues who have supported and worked with me as I strive for excellence in the classroom. I endeavor to challenge my students to take risks, increase knowledge and understanding, and most of all, persevere. This honor tells me I am doing just that.
