This award is humbling and validating of the commitment made to this profession. The impact of working with so many highly qualified teachers that inspire and guide me, and the importance of unbounded support from administration has allowed me to achieve so much. I am blessed to have the opportunity to inspire students through science to become complex problem solvers that are critical, creative, and reflective world contributors. Receiving the Presidential Award is a remarkable honor.
